• This option includes a first course. You can choose between:
• Traditional Roman cuisine first courses: Gricia (with pecorino cheese and guanciale bacon), Amatriciana (a spicy tomato sauce with guanciale and pecorino),
  Cacio e pepe (simply black pepper and pecorino in a creamy sauce.
  
Other first courses: pasta with meat sauce and mini meatballs, Norma-style (with tomato sauce, fried eggplants and ricotta),
  with guanciale, zucchini and pecorino, with fish sauce, with season vegetables; risotto
  and other first courses according to season.
